Tianjin Janhoo Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.(Janhoo) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of domestic semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA). At present, the company has launched a variety of semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) products covering wavelengths of 1060nm, 1270nm, 1310nm, 1550nm and 1625nm, as well as reflective semiconductor optical amplifier (RSOA) gain chip products with wavelengths of 850nm, 1060nm and 1310nm and 1550nm.

The company has established a Class 10,000 cleanroom laboratory, equipped with a relatively comprehensive set of equipment for the production, processing, testing and packaging of optical chips, and possesses the capability of hybrid integrated micro-packaging for optical chips. Currently, the company is conducting R&D on hybrid integrated devices of NLL/ECL+SOA and high-power SOA devices. It also provides external services for the testing, packaging and processing of various optoelectronic devices.
