The semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) product series is designed for optical signal amplification, significantly enhancing output optical power. These products feature high gain, low power consumption, and low polarization dependence. The chips are proprietary, with the entire production process controlled and manufactured in-house. This series is packaged in sealed standard butterfly packages and also offers customization services.

- Applied in broadband light sources, such as broadband light sources for fiber grating demodulators
- Utilized in optical communication systems to amplify C+L band optical signals, substituting for some EDFA applications
