Product Introduction
This SOA pulse modulation module employs a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) as the core conversion device to achieve narrow pulse width optical output. With fast rise time, high pulse extinction ratio, good stability and ease of use, it is an ideal replacement for electro-optic and acousto-optic modulators in various optical fiber sensing systems. It can also be applied to quantum communication systems, semiconductor testing, homodyne coherent detection and other fields.
